For over 24 years, Marshall Environmental Management, Inc. (MEM) has been serving the community and its clients’ Environmental and Industrial Hygiene needs with the expertise and professionalism that has allowed us to lead our industry in the State of Oklahoma. MEM excels in providing professional services such as, but not limited to, Industrial Hygiene Air Monitoring Surveys pertaining to Silica and Dust, lead and asbestos, including lead and asbestos project management and oversight, AHERA Project Designs, AHERA Management Plans, AHERA Inspections and Re-inspections, EPA/HUD Risk Assessments, EPA/HUD Inspections, EPA/HUD Clearance Testing, Indoor Air Quality and Mold Inspection/Surveys, Expert Witness Testimony, as well as environmental sample collection and testing.

MEM has performed project oversight and participated in countless projects at the federal, state and local levels. A few of these projects are Norman Veterans Center Restoration and Reconstruction, MAPS (Metropolitan Area Projects), Environmental Health & Safety Support to Construction Activities, Penn Square Mall Asbestos Inspection for Demolition, Western Farmers Electric Cooperative Power Plants, Numerous OK Dept of Central Services Contracts, Numerous University of Central Oklahoma Projects, Numerous, Oklahoma, as well as numerous Brownfields Projects.

MEM currently holds contracts for Environmental and Certified Industrial Hygiene Services for companies and agencies such as the State of Oklahoma Department of Central Services, The University of Central Oklahoma, Battelle Memorial (Tinker Air Force Base), VT Griffin (Fort Sill), Xerox, Western Farmers, GE Powersmith, and Hertz. In Addition to these long-term various contracts MEM provides Certified Industrial Hygiene Services for long term clients such as Oklahoma City Community College, Norman Public Schools, Edmond Public Schools, The City of Oklahoma City, The City of Enid, Oklahoma City-County Health Department, Remington Park, Cameron Valves, and Saint Anthony Hospital.
